Drink more water. Your skin will produce more sebum (oil) if it’s dehydrated to keep itself lubricated.

One of the most important things you can do for your skin is to stay healthy.

Your skin is part of you. It can be affected by your environment, products you use, your stress levels, diet, lifestyle choices and more.

Exfoliate your skin , it helps to remove dead skin cells, thus boosting tightness. It can be done once or twice a week depending on skin e.g. some skins are very stubborn and have lot of dead cells which stop creams/soaps to be effective, such skin can be exfoliate twice a week.

1 :ESSENTIAL OILS are natural oil typically obtained by distillation and having the characteristic odor of the plant or other source from which it is extracted. They are distilled from the leaves, bark, roots and other aromatic portions of a plant. Essential oils evaporate and have a concentrated aroma.

  1. CARRIER OILS: also known as base oil or vegetable oil, is used to dilute essential oils and absolutes before they are applied to the skin. They are so named because they carry the essential oil onto the skin. Carrier oils do not contain a concentrated aroma, unlike essential oils, though some, such as olive, have a mild distinctive smell. Neither do they evaporate like essential oils, which are more volatile. The carrier oils used should be as natural and unadulterated as possible. Carrier oils are pressed from the fatty potions (seeds, nuts, kernels) and do not evaporate or impart their aroma as strongly as essential oils.

Talking oil: This is extreme super glowing oil which glows the skin and make it talk, just as the name-talking oil.

JOJOBA OIL: It helps to calm the skin and keep the skin smooth, it serves as healing for inflammatory.

Coconut oil: This is a hydrator, good for all skin types and hair. It contains anti–oxidant and moisturizes d skin.

* do not try to add any ingredients that can affect your skin later in life e.g. hydroquinone
