Your vagina may become slightly looser as you age or have children, but overall, the muscles expand and retract just like an accordion or a rubber band.
Only two things can affect your vagina’s elasticity: age and childbirth.
You may begin to see a change in your vagina’s elasticity starting in your 40s. That’s because your estrogen levels will begin to drop as you enter the perimenopausal stage.
A loss of estrogen means your vaginal tissue will become:
- less acidic
- less stretchy or flexible
These changes may become more noticeable once you reach full menopause.
It’s natural for your vagina to change after a vaginal delivery. After all, your vaginal muscles stretch in order to let your baby pass through the birth canal and out of your vagina’s entrance.
After your baby is born, you may notice that your vagina feels slightly looser than its usual form. That’s completely normal. Your vagina should start to snap back a few days after giving birth, although it may not return to its original shape completely.
If you’ve had multiple childbirths, your vaginal muscles are more likely to lose a little bit of elasticity. If you’re uncomfortable with this, there are exercises you can do to strengthen your vaginal floor muscles after pregnancy. But here are some natural way s tighten your vagina.
There are natural ways to tighten up the vagina, no need to use pills.
You will get your cloves, get a small bottle put them inside and add water, leave it for like 3 days. You will notice the water change to Brown; use the water to be washing the vagina. Besides tightening it’s very good in treating vaginal odor, it gives a pleasant scent.
Using of perfume is not advisable , but the cloves water you can use it, its safer and better.
Traditional henna (lalle)
Henna: This tightening combo is very common in the north; the lalle has a secretive feature of tightening the Vagina. U will mix it with honey and insert, leave it for like 2hrs. But inserting in the night is better, if you wake up in the morning, you will use warm water and wash the vagina.
Don’t take seat bath with alum it’s not advisable, if you takes seat bathe with it, it tightens very well but mind you it dries up the Vagina and its not advisable.
But the safer way u can use it is by putting the alum in a bottle, add water and use it to wash, but it’s even better you dilute it…… You can use it once daily.
The safest of these is the cloves because it works by using the water to wash the vagina for those that are scared of inserting anything down there but bagaruwa powder is the fastest when it comes to results.
*Alum is also good if it’s not used for a seat bath to avoid dryness
